Terms of Use
Company Poker · Last updated 12 October 2026
These terms are between you and Kyan Media, Malta. By using Company Poker you agree to them. Contact: support@companypoker.app.
What the app is
Company Poker is a scorekeeping and social app for private poker nights. It records results that you and your friends enter. It is not a gambling service: no money is wagered, held or transferred through the app, and the amounts shown are only what your group types in. You must be 18 or older, and you’re responsible for following the law where you play.
Your account and groups
Keep access to your email secure. Group owners can rename the group, change the invite code, and remove members and profiles.
Content rules: zero tolerance
You’re responsible for what you post. Don’t post anything that is abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, threatening, or that shares someone’s private information, and don’t make false claims about real people. Features like the Wall of Shame are for banter between friends who agreed to be in the group.
Anyone can report content in the app. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules, and ban users who post it.
Pro subscription
- Pro unlocks extra features for every member of the group the subscriber attaches it to.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds follow Apple’s and Google’s policies.
- If the subscription ends, the group’s data is kept, but Pro features lock again.
No guarantees
We work to keep the app running and your data safe, but it’s provided “as is”. Keep your own records of anything important. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses or for disputes between players about money.
Ending things
You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Apple
If you got the app from the App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula). Apple isn’t responsible for the app or its support.
Law
Maltese law applies, without removing any consumer rights you have where you live.
