Privacy Policy
Company Poker · Last updated 12 October 2026
Company Poker is run by Kyan Media, Malta ("we"). This policy explains what the app stores and why. Questions: support@companypoker.app.
What we collect
- Your email address, to send sign-in codes and identify your account.
- What you and your group add: group names, your name at the table, game results, buy-ins and cash-outs, notes, Night Book posts, Wall of Shame complaints, player profiles and photos you upload.
- Subscription status: whether your account has an active Pro subscription, which product and which store. Payment details are handled by Apple or Google; we never see your card.
- Reports you send about content, including a copy of the reported item.
We don’t use advertising, ad tracking or analytics SDKs, and we don’t sell data.
Who can see it
Everything in a group is visible to everyone in that group. Anyone with your group’s invite code can join it, so only share the code with people you trust. Group owners can change the code at any time.
Services we use
- Supabase: database, sign-in and the app’s server.
- RevenueCat: checks subscription status with Apple and Google.
- Apple App Store / Google Play: payments.
- Cloudflare: hosts this website and forwards support email.
- Resend: sends sign-in code emails.
- Google Fonts: the app’s fonts are loaded from Google, which sees your IP address.
How long we keep it
Account data stays until you delete your account. Group content stays while the group exists, because it belongs to the whole group. When the last member leaves, the group and all its content are deleted.
Deleting your account
In the app: tap your group name, then Delete my account. This removes your email and memberships straight away. Games you played stay in your groups’ ledgers under the name you used at the table. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription: cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email support@companypoker.app. You can also complain to Malta’s Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idpc.org.mt).
Age
Company Poker is for people aged 18 and over.
Changes
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we’ll tell you in the app.
